RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please read our returns policy below.
Returns
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with any tags and packaging intact where possible.
If you have ordered the wrong size, or simply changed your mind, you are welcome to return the item in accordance with the terms above.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and within 14 days of receiving your order. We may ask for photographs to help us resolve the issue quickly.
Where an item is confirmed as faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
Return Postage
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items, including exchanges for incorrect sizing.
If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, we will cover the reasonable cost of return postage.
Small Business Notice
As a small business, many of our items are embroidered to order and we do not hold large quantities of stock. We kindly ask that you check sizing carefully before ordering and appreciate your understanding when waiting for exchanges or replacement stock.
